July 28, 2014: The Monday After the Rain

If you didn’t have a good Monday, maybe Calvin and Hobbes can put a smile on your face.

I probably should write that interaction with my fellow bloggers has been today’s perfect moment.  I have decided to hold off on that until I get my thank you post written for that.  It is a bit more time consuming than I thought it would be.  Hopefully, I can get that done tomorrow.

As for Today’s Perfect Moment, I have chosen the early morning rain and calm that followed last night’s incredible rainstorm.  Though I didn’t sleep well, I woke up feeling fine.  I drank my morning coffee as the rain petered out.  The air was cool and all the humidity was gone.  It felt incredible, and for a Monday, it really didn’t feel much like one.
