I have been to a small number of amusement parks. I know there are people who make that their life mission. While I can’t say as I know how parks work or how things are organized to manage people, I do know that you have to do a lot of lining up. In the past, I have lined up for hours to get on a particular ride. Today was not like that at all. Today, we barely spent any time in line. While that was great, it isn’t today’s perfect moment.
Today’s perfect moment is something that has never happened to me at an amusement park before. When our ride finished (this includes some roller coasters as well as other rides) we were allowed to stay on and go for another round. When this happened, I thought it was perfect. When this happened a couple of other times, I thought it was magical. When this happened three times in a row on a very popular roller coaster (which I rode with my hands raised high in the air)…. well that was perfect.
